    Low-Poly Watchtower Environment

This project is a stylised low-poly environment built as a complete scene rather than a single asset. The focus was on creating a cohesive medieval-inspired watchtower setting, combining architecture, props, lighting, and atmosphere into a readable and believable space. The work explores how simple geometry, controlled colour palettes, and lighting can convey mood without relying on high detail or realism.

Alongside still renders, the project includes motion tests that document the environment as it evolved. These animations were used to test camera movement, lighting transitions, and overall scene composition, allowing the environment to be experienced spatially rather than as isolated frames.

The scene is designed around a quiet, guarded outpost — a watchtower attached to a small structure, surrounded by minimal props such as torches, weapons, and a fire pit. The low-poly aesthetic was chosen intentionally to prioritise shape language and silhouette clarity. Warm and cool lighting contrasts help guide the eye and establish time-of-day transitions between dusk and night.

The environment balances stylisation with structural logic, ensuring that every element feels intentional and grounded within the scene’s visual language.
